Monique Jordan serves as the Donor Reconciliation Manager at Texas Southern University since December 2023 and is also a Fundraising Committee Member for Steps Foundation, Inc., a role undertaken in October 2023. With extensive experience in data consulting since April 2011, Monique has worked for various organizations, including Nahas Data Source as a Senior Data Consultant, and has been an Independent Contractor since 2014. Prior roles include Donor Relations Coordinator at Prairie View A&M Foundation and Assistant Director of Prospect Research at Baylor College of Medicine. Monique's expertise lies in data management, donor relations, and fundraising strategies, demonstrated through successful implementation of automated systems and advanced data analysis. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1999 and 2005.
