Diego Bolzan da Silva is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Solution Expert/Solution Architect at NAGRA since August 2010. In this role, Diego is tasked with understanding customer requirements to propose technical solutions, ensuring effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. Previously, as a System Engineering Manager, Diego managed a skilled technical team for the deployment and support of PayTV solutions across Latin America while participating in complex project planning and pre-sales activities. Diego's career began at Ericsson, where responsibilities spanned software development and solution integration, contributing to innovative projects aimed at optimizing telecommunications systems. Diego holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
