Valentina Zampetti is an accomplished geoscientist with extensive experience in seismic interpretation and structural geology. Currently serving as Lead Opt Integrated Geomodel and Seismics at Nagra - Nationale Genossenschaft für die Lagerung radioaktiver Abfälle since December 2021, Valentina previously held several senior roles at Shell from December 2014 to October 2021, including Senior Expl Consultant to Chief (VP) Geoscience and Global Discipline Head Specialist Geoscience. Valentina also worked as a Senior Structural Geologist at Maersk Oil Qatar and has held positions at QATAR SHELL GTL LIMITED CO., Midland Valley Exploration Limited, and the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program. Valentina holds a PhD in carbonate sedimentology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and both a B.S. and M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Camerino.
