Thomas Arias is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles at Nagase America since December 2012, culminating in the position of Senior Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include managing HR functions across multiple locations, overseeing health and wellness benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Previous roles include HR Manager, HR Benefits Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and HR Specialist. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked with The JET Programme as an Assistant Language Teacher, teaching English in Japan, and completed an internship at MRO Hokuriku Broadcasting. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Princeton University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Waseda University.
