Sundaram Chandrasekaran is an experienced professional in the petroleum, petrochemical, and chemical industries, currently serving as President at Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited since June 2011, providing consultancy and overseeing project construction. Previously, Sundaram held the position of Director (Technical) at Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd from July 1981 to May 2011, where initial responsibilities included supervising the Hydrogen Block in a refining capacity of 2.5 MMTPA. Prior to that, as Plant Manager at Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited from December 1974 to June 1981, Sundaram was involved in the commissioning of ammonia and urea plants in Ramagundam, Andhra Pradesh. Sundaram Chandrasekaran earned a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, between 1968 and 1973.
