Lizzie Francis is an experienced professional with a strong background in communications, fundraising, and impact analysis within the charity sector. Currently serving as Communications and Fundraising Officer at Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre since January 2022, Lizzie has successfully managed significant fundraising initiatives, including leading a £79,000 government bid for suicide prevention and securing a £375,000 grant from the National Lottery. In April 2024, Lizzie transitioned to an Impact Analyst role at EveryYouth, focusing on supporting young individuals facing homelessness. Previous roles include Communications Consultant at YOUTHBUILD UK, Communications Officer at The Charnwood Agency, and English Language Teacher at CEIP San José de Valderas. Lizzie holds two master's degrees, one in Poverty and Development and another in Built Environment: Energy Demand Studies, alongside a bachelor's degree in History, Literature and Culture from the University of Brighton.
