Greg Willman has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Greg is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill, a position they have held since June 2020. Greg is also the Franchise Owner of the same company since April 2019.
Before joining Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill, Greg was the Co-Founder and CEO of 316 Capital Management, LLC, a position they held since its establishment in 1998. Greg also served as an Operational Advisor to Apollo Global Management Inc. in 2017, where they provided strategic analysis and evaluation for the acquisition of Qdoba Mexican Eats.
Greg has also held various positions in other companies throughout their career. Greg was a Board Member at Boosterville from 2016 to 2017 and a Franchise Owner at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from 1998 to 2016. Additionally, they served as a Franchise Owner/Franchise Advisory Council Member/Member of the Office of the Chairman at Steak n Shake from 2009 to 2013.
Earlier in their career, Greg held executive positions in Micromedex Medical Informatics, Cobe Laboratories, DowBrands, and Eli Lilly. In their role as the Vice President and Executive Committee Member at Micromedex Medical Informatics, Greg was responsible for new business development and strategic initiatives. Greg also served as the Group Director of Marketing and Business Development at Cobe Laboratories and as a Brand Manager at DowBrands.
Greg began their career as a Financial Analyst at Eli Lilly, where they focused on international and domestic treasury. Overall, Greg Willman has gained valuable experience in executive leadership, franchise ownership, strategic analysis, and business development throughout their career.
Greg Willman attended Hanover College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a BA degree, Cum Laude, in Business Administration and Economics. Following this, from 1988 to 1990, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing and Management at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
