Kimberly Kraft McLemore is an experienced music educator and arts administrator currently serving as Vice President of Education and Community Engagement at the Nashville Symphony since January 2017, where previous roles included Director of Education and Community Engagement and Accelerando Manager. McLemore has also held various positions, including Ensemble Manager for the National Association for Music Education and Soloist at Woodmont Christian Church. With a strong background in grant writing and artistic coordination at Choral Arts Link, Inc., McLemore has directed numerous performances and educational initiatives. Previous teaching experience includes serving as the Choral and Theater Arts Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools, where McLemore was also the Fine Arts Department Lead. McLemore holds a Master of Music in Conducting from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin, along with an endorsement in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Belmont University.
