Valentina Fuentes has extensive experience in family support and case management, currently serving as a Family Case Coordinator at Nafi Connecticut Inc since January 2016. Additionally, Valentina has been involved with the Connecticut Department of Children and Families as a Babysitter for Foster Children since January 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager at Access Community Action Agency from August 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included empowering families and developing service plans. Valentina also served as a WIC Programs Assistant and Energy Intake Technician in customer service roles, performing tasks such as appointment scheduling and Spanish translation. Earlier experience includes being a Student Caller for the University of Connecticut, soliciting alumni and community support. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Latin American Studies from Eastern Connecticut State University, obtained in 2015.
