Additionally, Spence partners with Pivot & Pace as a strategic business partner and serves as a Masterclass Instructor with The Growth Faculty, aiming to create effective workplaces. A guest lecturer at prestigious universities, including Harvard and Stanford, Spence has also delivered TEDx talks focusing on leadership characteristics and personal resilience. Spence's educational background includes a BS in Public Relations/Marketing from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts from Santa Fe College.
