Maria Dideriksen has extensive experience in public administration and leadership within the municipal sector. Currently serving as Myndighedsleder at Næstved Kommune since March 2017, Maria previously held the position of Teamleder at Lolland Kommune from January 2007 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing personnel and leading change initiatives, economic management, and cross-sectional leadership. Prior to that, Maria worked as a Visitator at Maribo Kommune from February 2000 to December 2006, focusing on elder care and equipment provision. Maria holds a Master of Public Administration from Copenhagen Business School and multiple diplomas in leadership and occupational therapy, showcasing a strong foundation in both management and health-related fields.
