Marie Jacobsen Lauvås is the Founder and CEO of Capeesh, a company specializing in a machine intelligence and gamification platform for tailored language learning, since May 2017. In addition to this role, Marie serves as a member of the Diversity Council in Trondheim kommune and holds board positions at Næringsforeningen i Trondheimsregionen, Trondheim Parkering AS, and the Trondheim Kammermusikkfestival. Marie has extensive experience in investment and management through Locu Invest AS and previously served on the board of Brillefilm (formerly Kunnskapsløypa AS). Earlier experience includes leading the SIKOM Connect ENERGIX project and holding the position of CMO and Head of International Strategy at Technoport. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Entrepreneurship from NTNU, along with other degrees in related fields.
