Camila Missana has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an HRBP at Nación Servicios since February 2015. In this role, Camila advises business areas on HR matters, collaborates with leaders to address personnel management and workforce planning challenges, and analyzes trends to propose solutions and strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Previous roles include Analyst of Culture and Communications, Analyst of Human Capital, and various administrative and customer service positions. Camila holds a Technical Superior University Degree in Human Resources from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and has completed numerous professional development courses focused on digital learning, training needs assessment, and leadership. Additionally, Camila holds a Cambridge ESOL Certificate in ESOL International at Level B2.
