Michael Gooch has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as the Assistant Kitchen Manager at Nacho Daddy since February 2019. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Culinary Manager at Ted's Montana Grill from March 2010 to February 2019, overseeing food ordering, preparation, labor control, safety, and sanitation for a 14-person team. Earlier positions include Lead Cook at Folks Southern Kitchen and Mixologist at Red Robin, where responsibilities ranged from managing kitchen operations to guest service and corporate training. Michael's foundational education was completed at American High School from 1998 to 2001.
