Ben Baldwin has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Ben started their career in 1996 as a Project Engineer at CDI Contractors, where they were responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, processing submittals, and obtaining building permits. In 1999, they joined Steel Fabricators of Monroe, Inc. as a Project Manager and Estimator, overseeing multiple structural steel projects and managing all phases of fabrication. In 2004, Ben became the President of McInnis Brothers Construction, Inc., where they served until 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company and ensuring successful project execution. Currently, Ben works at Nabholz Corporation as a Senior Project Manager and has recently been promoted to Project Executive.
Ben Baldwin attended Winnsboro High School, although no specific dates are provided for this period. After completing high school, they went on to study Construction Management at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 1992 to 1996, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
