Sindhura Ravella started their work experience in 2011 as a Young Professional at the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty. Sindhura then joined Naandi Foundation in 2012 as a Project Co-ordinator for the Araku Livelihoods Project.

From 2009 to 2011, Sindhura Ravella attended the Institute of Rural Management Anand, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management.
