Barbara Nilsson has extensive experience in finance and business control roles. From 2022, they have worked as the Head of Business Control at NA-KD.com. Prior to that, they were a Project Coordinator at ALEKTUM INKASSO and a Business Controller at Volvo Car Corporation.

Barbara Nilsson earned a BAHons degree in Operational Management, Marketing, Economics, and European Union from the University of Lincoln, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Kandidat degree in Management and Economics from Halmstad University, where they attended from 2000 to 2001. In February 2023, they obtained a certification in Leadership through Feedback from LinkedIn.
