Jinghui Niu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at N2W Engineering, Inc. since June 1997, Jinghui Niu also held the position of CEO at ES Engineering, Inc. until August 2020. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Montrose Environmental Group (July 2015 - October 2019), Director at England & Associates (June 1993 - June 1997), Project Manager at Alton Geoscience (1991 - 1993), and Staff Engineer at GeoResearch (July 1990 - December 1991). Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Hydrogeology from Utah State University, completed between 1988 and 1990, and a Bachelor of Science in Hydraulic Engineering from Tsinghua University, earned from 1978 to 1983.
