Jim Sullivan has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Jim currently works as a Sales Director at n2Grate. Prior to this, they worked at Convergence Technology Consulting from 2006 to 2018, where they held the positions of Director of Federal Sales and Senior Account Manager. From 1997 to 2006, Jim served as an Account Manager at Avnet Memec. Jim also worked at TAI as an Account Manager from 1994 to 1997. Before that, Jim was a Naval Leadership Instructor at the United States Naval Academy from 1992 to 1994. Jim began their career as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from 1987 to 1994.

Jim Sullivan attended the United States Naval Academy from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography/Applied Physics.
