Magaly Knapen has extensive experience in political and social economic roles, currently serving as a Parlementair Medewerker for Ine Tombeur and Allessia Claes at Vlaams Parlement since November 2019. Responsibilities include providing substantive support on economic policies, social issues, and welfare, alongside managing communication tasks such as social media and speechwriting. Additionally, Magaly holds a position on the Board of Directors at KANVAZ woonmaatschappij and serves as a Secretary and Social Media Coordinator for N-VA Aarschot, demonstrating involvement in political party activities since 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a teacher at Le Club Français, a stagiaire in the office of Staatssecretaris Theo Francken, and leadership positions within youth parliamentary initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Antwerp and additional qualifications from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and Sint-Jozefscollege Aarschot.
