Maëliss Bastogne is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Head of People & Culture at N-SIDE since September 2019, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition, people engagement, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Prior to this role, Maëliss Bastogne worked as a Talent & People Partner where responsibilities included acting as an HR Business Partner for both the Belgium and US offices, and managing global talent acquisition while also training in Insights Discovery.
