John M P Ryan is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in mainframe technology, software development, and system integration. Currently serving as a Mainframe Test Analyst at N Brown Group since August 2022, John previously engaged in self-study and worked as a Mainframe Migration Consultant at HCL Technologies, contributing to a significant conversion project for Google and ATOS. Prior roles include XML Integration Analyst at Travco Corporation Ltd., Senior ELGAR Developer at Eurostar, and Project Lead at iGATE. John possesses extensive technical proficiency with tools such as PL/1, Java, SQL, and various operating systems, and has developed bespoke applications for multiple industries over a career spanning several decades. Additionally, John holds a BA in Economics from Newcastle University and a Level 1 Coaching degree from the Football Association.
