Oliver Forsyth has extensive experience in client support and software solutions, currently serving as Support Supervisor at Myzone® since March 2017, where responsibilities include onboarding new clients and promoting platform engagement to enhance return on investment. Prior roles at Myzone® involved positions as Senior Support Advisor and Account Manager for the APAC region, providing technical support to gyms and users. Previously, Oliver served as Software Trainer/Consultant at eNoteFile, focusing on integrating software solutions into healthcare settings for efficiency. Additional experience includes IT Service Desk support, swimming instruction, and IT sales roles. Oliver holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a major in Security from Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from Gordon Institute of TAFE.
