Demi O. has a diverse work experience history. Demi worked as a Project Manager Team Lead at IBM, where they led a team of 5 individuals to develop an Intelligent TODO List application. At Google, they were a STEP Intern, focusing on the Google Cloud team and creating a plugin for VSCode. Demi also worked as a Project Manager at MoodSmart, an AI integrated mood tracker app. Demi participated in Technovation as a Student Mentor, where they ran a club and mentored students for app development competitions. Additionally, they worked as an Academic Tutor at Love To Tutor, teaching subjects such as Maths, Chemistry, and Computer Science. Demi also gained experience as an IT Technician at Townley Grammar School, setting up and fixing computers, and as a Ukulele Teacher at Upton Primary School, teaching Year 5 students how to play and write songs.

Demi O. began their education at Townley Grammar School in 2013 and completed their A Levels in Computer Science in 2020. They then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham from 2020 to 2024.

Additionally, Demi O. has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" certification from Google. In 2022, they obtained the "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" certification from Google. In 2021, they earned the "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" certification from Google. In 2020, they completed the "Grid for Good - Step Into National Grid" course from Generating Genius and the "Creative Problem Solving Course" from EtonX. Furthermore, in 2018, Demi O. achieved a Grade 5 Piano certificate from ABRSM, and in 2016, they obtained a Grade 5 Music Theory with Merit certificate, also from ABRSM.
