Michelle Kim is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in leading and executing user experience projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Weirdo, Michelle is involved in a project with Hazel Health. Previous roles include UX Researcher at DHGATE Group and Senior UX Researcher for Enterprise Applications at DISQO. As the UXR Lead at Scanwell Health, Michelle led the UX research team. Additional experience includes roles at Los Angeles Times as a UX and Visual Designer, and as UX Lead at Soda Labs, specializing in connected hardware solutions. Michelle has also worked as a UX and Strategic Designer for DiDi, an intern at Microsoft focusing on human-centered AI, and a UX Designer for a collaborative project with MIT Woods Hole Oceanography Institute and JPL/NASA. Michelle holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Illustration from ArtCenter College of Design.
