Alexis O. is an accomplished UI/UX Designer with a strong background in creating user-centric software applications. At Merit Advisors, LLC, from November 2021 to September 2023, Alexis conceptualized and designed three products, focusing on occupational healthcare and oilfield services for small and mid-sized organizations. Prior experience as a User Experience Designer at Paycom from September 2019 to October 2021 involved enhancing user experiences within HR software through innovative design and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Alexis holds a User Experience Design degree from CareerFoundry (2018-2019) and a Master's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University Bloomington (2013-2015).
