Neil Rubler began their career in 1992 as an Associate at Republic National Bank. In 1998, they moved to Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as an Associate. In 2000, they became the Chief Operating Officer at The Olnick Organization. In 2006, they founded Candlebrook Properties, LLC and served as President and CEO. In 2017, they founded Vessel Technologies, Inc. and served as Founder and CEO.

Neil Rubler obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School in 1998, with a focus on Finance, General. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Cornell University in 1992, with a focus on American Government and Politics (United States).
