Jordan Norman has extensive experience in customer service and coaching, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at MyUS.com since January 2015, where support is provided to the Customer Service team for package consolidation services. Previous roles include Personal Shopper at MyUS.com, Deli Associate at Publix Super Markets, and Head Coach at both the Orlando Volleyball Academy and Impact Volleyball Academy, focusing on training and developing young athletes. Jordan's early career included positions as a Substitute Teacher at The Schools of McKeel Academy and a Bookstore Clerk at Warner University, where a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned. Additional education includes an Associate of Science from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
