Nichole Baird has extensive experience in client services and customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at MyTime since March 2015, where previously held roles include Director of Client Services, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Lead, and Account Executive. Prior to joining MyTime, Nichole Baird worked as a Family Readiness Support Assistant for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team from 2005 to 2006.
