Chelsi Whisler is a Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings since 2021. Currently serving at The Restoracy of Whitestown and Carmel and American Senior Communities, Chelsi has also worked as an agency nurse at RestUp, LLC, providing care in rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. Previous roles include serving as LPN Rehab Unit Manager at CarDon & Associates, where responsibilities included patient care management and policy development, as well as staffing coordination at Community Health Network. Chelsi's early career included customer service roles at Anthem and PNC, and initial positions in retail and food service. Chelsi holds a Practical Nursing Diploma from Hondros College of Nursing.
