Carla Mendralla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carla started their career as a Cardholder Specialist at Springbok Services in July 2006, where they provided assistance to clients and cardholders through phone and email communication. Carla then moved on to the role of Client Services Manager, where they made cold calls to potential prospects, sold products and services, and managed programs on a day-to-day basis.

In 2007, Carla became a National Account Manager at Springbok Services, where they presented the company's capabilities, products, and services to new and existing clients. Carla also assisted in successful requests for proposals and used profit models to determine optimal pricing.

In 2011, Carla joined Arrow Electronics as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day sales support, customer service, and account management. Carla acted as a liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth engagements and facilitating the development and strategic growth of customers in the marketplace.
