Liliana Cabrera

Liliana Cabrera has a wealth of work experience beginning in 2006 when they served as a Senior Researcher at BMI. In 2010, they held the role of Garde Manger (Extern) at Butter, where they were responsible for preparing M. E. P for Garde Manger and serving an average of 120-300 covers nightly. Later that year, they became a Chef at Mansfield Hotel. In 2011, they moved to Shoreham Hotel, where they also worked as a Chef. In 2012, they took on the role of Food Photography Assistant at Francesco Tonelli Photography. In 2013, they became a Kitchen Manager at Olivier Cheng Catering and Events. Finally, in 2018, they joined Red Rabbit, LLC as Regional Director and Kitchen Manager.

Liliana Cabrera attended the Institute of Culinary Education in 2010, where they studied Culinary Arts. Previously, they obtained a BA in Business Management from Five Towns College between 1999 and 2003, with a field of study in Music Business.
