Dayleny Dominguez has over 10 years of experience in the culinary field. In 2009, they began their career as a Prep Cook at Blue Water Grill. In 2011, they moved to Haili'imaile General Store as a Pantry. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Tutor at The Culinary Institute of America. Dayleny then worked as an Apprentice at Hotel Azul Sensatori By Karisma, where they worked with many different textures using powders and did spherification and many other techniques. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Manager in Training at The Culinary Institute of America. Finally, they were a Chef De Cuisine at Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Nickelodeon and Sensatori hotels and resorts in Punta cana, where they specialized in avant-garde Dominican cuisine. In 2021, they became the Head Chef at Red Rabbit, LLC.
Dayleny Dominguez attended the Culinary Institute of America from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Culinary Arts Management.
