Yvonne Monarrez possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of HR Business Partners at MYR Group since January 2017, where previous roles included Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to MYR Group, Yvonne worked at ProBuild Holdings from October 2009 to December 2016 as a Benefits Analyst, overseeing leave policies and assisting with annual open enrollment. Earlier career experience includes positions at Milgard Windows & Doors, where Yvonne served as an EEO Specialist/Trainer and HR/Payroll Administrator. Yvonne Monarrez holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
