Charles Molina has diverse and extensive work experience in the energy and construction industries. Charles is currently serving as the Director of Safety Operations (T & D) at MYR Group. Prior to this role, they were the Business Owner of Tribute Designs LLC. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Arizona Public Service (APS) as a Supervisor in Construction & Maintenance. Before that, they held the position of Outage Coordinator/Construction Manager at ComEd from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they served as Sr. System Operator at Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) from 2013 to 2015 and as Transmission Systems Operator at NV Energy in 2013. Charles also worked as a System Operator at Lonestar Transmission from 2012 to 2013 and at Southwest Transmission COOP from 2007 to 2012. Charles'searly career included the role of Journeyman Lineman/Line Designer at Salt River Project from 2002 to 2007. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated proficiency in energy management systems, project coordination, and ensuring grid operations in compliance with industry policies and safety procedures.

Charles Molina attended Pima Community College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Charles also obtained certifications as a NERC Reliability Coordinator from the North American Electric Reliability Corporation in 2007 and as an IBEW #769 Journeyman Lineman from the U.S. Department of Labor.
