Mackenzie Adelberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in client success and account management. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Operations Consultant at MyProxy since February 2023, Mackenzie previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at KINETIC from November 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that role, Mackenzie worked at AIIR Consulting as a Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager from February 2020 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Services Technician at Kao Corporation from December 2018 to January 2020, and as an Analytical Chemist at Environmental Laboratories, Inc. from February 2018 to December 2018. Mackenzie's career began at Yale University as an Undergraduate Researcher and Aide to the Trumbull Head of College, with additional research experience at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the University of Maryland College Park. Mackenzie completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (Intensive) at Yale University from 2013 to 2017 and graduated from Holton-Arms School in 2013.
