Joseph Pond, CSPO, is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in software and application development, particularly in the construction and design industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Paradigm since April 2022, Joseph focuses on innovations to simplify home building processes. Previously, at Syndigo from 2019 to April 2022, Joseph held titles of Senior Product Manager and Product Owner, leading the development of configurable applications and overseeing product strategy. Joseph's tenure at Edgenet from 2009 to January 2020 spanned multiple roles, including Product Owner and Data Configuration Manager, where Joseph significantly contributed to data management solutions for enterprise customers. Before that, Joseph worked as a Designer at Posko Associates, specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems.
