Jim O'Connor serves as a member of the Business Advisory Board at Myolex and as a founding member of The F Suite, an exclusive community for CFOs. O'Connor currently holds the position of General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Axena Health and has recently taken on the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at The L Suite (TechGC). From 2018 to 2022, O'Connor was General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Renovia Inc., where responsibilities included legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. Additionally, O'Connor has held several positions at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and has extensive experience in legal counsel for various corporations and law firms. O'Connor earned a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Economics from Boston College.
