Micklester Ramos has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Jr. Web Developer at Impart Solutions, Inc. where they maintained and debugged systems and developed new features. In 2010, they joined Ads n Cel Inc. as a Sr. Software Developer, where they developed core products for mobile platforms and created prototypes for new business ideas. Micklester then moved to Digital Arts and Sales Corporation in 2011, initially as a Software Developer and later as a Mobile Developer. In these roles, they developed core products for mobile platforms, created prototypes, and provided consultation for product developments. In 2015, they joined Global Resource Communication as a Software Engineer, participating in system maintenance, developing modules, and re-engineering existing ones. In the same year, they also worked at LiFEDATA Systems, Inc. as a System Architect, where they developed and maintained core products, managed a team of developers, and supported the development of new features. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Mynt as a Backend Tech Lead.

Micklester Ramos pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the East between 2005 and 2009.
