Thor Kallestad is the CEO & Co-Founder of Myno Carbon. Prior to this, they were Chairman of the Board at DataCloud from May 2020 to September 2020. From September 2015 to May 2020, they were the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of DataCloud. From June 2010 to October 2015, they were Commercial Director at NordAq Energy Inc. From January 2007 to June 2010, they were a General Field Engineer, D&M at Schlumberger. From January 2003 to January 2006, they were a Project Manager at Weston Solutions, Inc. From January 1997 to January 2003, they were a Project Scientist at CH2M HILL.

Thor Kallestad's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Thor also holds certifications from the Boy Scouts of America (Eagle Scout), the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC WellCAP, Supervisor Level), the Society of Petroleum Engineers International (SPE), and the Society of Petrophysicists and Log Analysts (SPWLA).
