Monica Larsen has significant experience in customer care and product management, currently serving as Product Owner Core, DPO, and Escalation Manager and Product Specialist at Mynewsdesk since August 2017. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at Projectplace by Planview from September 2013 to July 2017, including Manager Commercial Customer Care Europe. Monica's career began in 1999 at ICL, later rebranded as Fujitsu, where work as a helpdesk technician led to a role as Service Desk Manager, focusing on Swedish and global retail customers.
