Dmitriy Drachev has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Dmitriy began their career at Auslogics Software Pty Ltd as an Engineer in 2011. That same year, they founded iworld.by. In 2015, they founded FixR labs and in 2016 they became the Product Director at MyNetDiary Inc.

Dmitriy Drachev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus between 2010 and 2015. Subsequently, they earned a Master of Management and Economics in Management in social and economic systems from the same institution between 2015 and 2017. Dmitriy also holds certifications in Data-driven product management from GoPractice, Inc (2019), UX/UI Fundamentals from Imaguru Startup HUB (2018), Tech Minsk International Entrepreneurship School (startup pre-accelerator) from BEL.BIZ (2016), Foundations and principles of project management from the Школа управления проектами Алексея Минкевича (2016), and Business Analysis from IT Mine (2013).
