Niki Misokefalou has a diverse work experience in various coaching roles. Niki started their coaching career in 2015 as a Transformational Life Coach for ambitious mothers. From there, they worked as a Learning Support Assistant at Grange Park Primary School in London from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, Niki became a Mentor/Supervisor at the Animas Centre for Coaching. Niki then worked as a Life and Career Coach at Thrive Partners from 2021 onwards. In the same year, they also joined Mettacool as an Integrative Well-being and Career Coach, where they helped professional women navigate career transitions and redefine success on their own terms. Most recently, Niki joined MYNDUP in 2022 as a Life Coach.

Niki Misokefalou's education history is as follows. In 2001 to 2007, they attended the University of Ioannina in Greece, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Niki then went on to further their education at the Animas Centre for Coaching. In 2015 to 2016, they completed a Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching at the Animas Centre for Coaching, with a specialization in Relationship and Couples Coaching and Group Coaching and Facilitation. In the same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Relationship and Couple Coaching and a Certificate in Group Coaching and Facilitation from the same institution.
