Lynne Fredrickson

Life, Health and Wellness Coach at MYNDUP

Lynne Fredrickson has a strong background in health and wellness coaching, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Lynne currently works at MYNDUP as a Life, Health, and Wellness Coach, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, Lynne served as a Founder, Coach, and Consultant at Wellness Concepts, LLC since May 2009. Lynne also worked as an Emotional Wellness/Mental Health Coach at Lyra Health from September 2019 to December 2021.

In the past, Lynne worked at HealthPartners as a Manager of Coaching and Activation from November 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they held multiple positions at Medica, including Manager of Health and Wellness, Project Manager of Health and Wellness, and Health and Wellness Coach. Lynne Fredrickson has a diverse education history. Lynne attended the University of WI-Eau Claire, where they pursued a degree in Physical Education/Kinesiology with a focus on Corporate Exercise Management. Lynne also obtained certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer.

In 2014, Lynne obtained a Certified Wellness and Health Coach certification from Real Balance Global Wellness Services, Inc. Lynne'sstudies in health and wellness continued with a certification as a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist from the National Wellness Institute in March 2021.

Lynne also has several additional certifications. In September 2019, they completed the Lyra Health Cognitive Behavioral Coach Training Certificate, which is ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited. In December 2016, they obtained Level 2 and Level 1 certifications as a Certified Life Coach from the Global Association of Holistic Psychotherapy and Coaching. Lastly, in April 1997, Lynne obtained the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer Certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
