Florian Melzer is an experienced professional in event management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Senior Event Manager at epay and Event Operations Manager at Tradebyte since March and December 2022, respectively. As the Geschäftsführer and Founder of PES3 GmbH since January 2016, Florian has demonstrated leadership and innovation. Additionally, Florian co-founded ²Ñ²â²Ô»å²õ±ð³Ù® in January 2021 and has been involved with Bits & Pretzels since March 2015 in an operational capacity. Florian's earlier career includes advisory roles at American Express Financial Advisors from September 2003 to November 2015 and co-founding fusion event GmbH, with tenure from April 2004 to September 2015.
