Joshil Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshil started their career as an Intern at KSRTC | India in 2016, followed by an internship at senna polymers in 2017. In 2018, they interned at Sleigh Travels - India and also worked as an Apprentice at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. In 2019, they worked as a Design Engineer at Edizi Tools Pvt Ltd. Joshil then joined Rockstar Games in 2020, where they worked as a Game Tester and later as a QA Tester. Currently, Joshil is working at MyMiniFactory as a Manufacturing and QA Assistant, and they will soon transition into the role of a Business Operations Intern.

Joshil Thomas completed their Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at Christ University, Bangalore, from 2014 to 2018. Joshil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at Coventry University London, from 2022 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Joshil obtained several certifications, including "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" and "COVID-19 Contact Tracing" from Coursera, and "Supply Chain Operations" and "Supply Chain Logistics" from Coursera.
