Hanaa Zaki has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked at Arab African International Bank as a Trainee for a period of one month. In 2021, they joined Aramex as a Customer Service Representative, and later moved on to mylerz Co as an Account Manager. Currently, they are working as a Customer Service Representative at MITCHA since October 2022.

Hanaa Zaki obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce English Section at Cairo University. hanaa pursued their education in this field from 2015 to 2019.
