Shon Lucas is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as an Account Manager at myKaarma since February 2022. Previously, Shon held roles at Tekion Corp as a Change Management Specialist from July 2021 to February 2022, and at myKaarma as a Customer Success Consultant and Manager between September 2019 and April 2021. Shon also contributed to Xtime as a Dealer Performance Manager from March 2011 to March 2019 and served as Parts and Service Director at Lexus of Ann Arbor from 2007 to 2012. With a strong background in service and parts management from a long tenure at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor, Shon brings over three decades of industry experience. Shon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University between 1982 and 1984.
