Nikhil Gupta is a Software Engineer II at myKaarma, where responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of text messaging, email, and calling architectures. Nikhil played a key role in developing the FollowUp and Universal Messaging products, enhancing communication for car dealers in the US and Canada. Previously, Nikhil served as a Software Development Intern at myKaarma, focusing on building a payments system for the Android application and integrating the openEdge payment device. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and completed AISSCE in Science at DL DAV Model School.
