Ravi Kumar Paladi currently serves as the Regional Specifications Manager at MYK Arment Private Limited since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ravi held the position of Director of Sales Marketing at Harmonic Cet Solutions Pvt Limited from November 2020 to June 2023 and worked as a Sales & Specification Manager at MH Almana Group, focusing on sales and business development for Max Frank Germany from January 2016 to June 2023. Ravi's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Sales Manager at BASF from December 2011 to December 2015 and as a Sales Engineer at Fosroc from December 2009 to December 2011. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from SRKR Engineering College (2001-2005) and recently completed a certificate course in Admixture and Special Concrete from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, in October 2023.
